I placed an over the phone order for my wife to pick up on her way home. I was blessed to get Kate on the phone, because she was an absolute delight. She helped me make a good decision for our dinner plans, talked me through some other menu options, and made the entire process really pleasant! My wife was able to walk in, grab our meal, and make it home with everything still being crispy and hot! She said that the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I come here for lunch on occasion, but I've never placed an order over the phone with them. I really enjoyed my experience and we will be adding Yardbirds to our regular eat out nights!
I give it 5 because we think it's the best wings in town. My biggest treat are the fried pickles, definitely the best around and only $3.99. Almost a whole jar full.
I was so pleased to find this hidden gem. The food was great. The staff was super friendly!! I went during lunch and the wait wasn't long. I was very pleased and will likely go back again!!
This is our go to when I dont feel like cooking, tenders, fries, sauces, mozz sticks and fried oreos are yumm. Only complaint is wings are dry/small, not juicy. But overall great place and offers drive through.
They have the best chicken tenders! My parents would drive from Montgomery to Phenix City to visit me, but they always suggested getting lunch or dinner there! I take chicken tenders home with me when I visit my dad. I also love their chicken salad plate and sandwich. My daughter likes the chicken wrap. Did I mention their slaw? It's heavenly!! The Texas toast and fries are delicious too. If you like fried Oreos try theirs! Yum yum!
I love Yardbirds so much! We eat from here at least once a month, sometimes twice. We always call in our order and never have issues. Our order is ready right away and the kids that work there are always nice and respectful. We get 25 mild and 25 lemon pepper. If we are going to a friend's house, we get the wings and tenders platter and it's always a big hit. We tell everyone to go here. Such a local gem!
The wings are cooked till crispy and the sauces are really good too. Pricing is very reasonable. They also fry their wings thawed out and raw (no bullshit MSG marinades etc)
